Bodily Injury Liability (BI)
Compulsory
Pays when you are legally liable for injury or death caused by your vehicle. Legal fees, bail bonds and court costs are also offered. Provides essential protection against loss of home, savings and income if you become involved in a serious accident. Pays up to the first limit for any one person, up to the second limit for all persons injured or killed in one accident.

Property Damage Liability (PD)
Compulsory
Pays when you are legally liable for damage to the property of others caused by your vehicle. Pays for property damage up to the limit selected, plus the cost of any legal expenses.

Medical Payments (Med Pay)
Pays medical, dental, hospital and funeral expenses for you, household relatives and guest passengers injured in a motor vehicle accident. Also protects you and your household relatives when in other vehicles or if struck as pedestrians. This coverage does not pay for loss of income or allow for expenses for household services.

Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist
Compulsory
Pays damage that you, household relatives and passengers in the insured vehicles are legally entitled to recover because of bodily injury or death caused by uninsured, underinsured or hit and run vehicles. Pays up to first limit for one person, and subject to the first limit for any one person, up to the second limit for all injured persons injured or killed in one accident. This coverage will be reduced by any Medical Payments coverage paid. Higher limits up to twice your Bodily Injury Liability limits selected are available if desired.

Underinsured Motorist Conversion Coverage
Optional
Provides the same coverage that Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist coverage provides. However with this coverage, payment can not be reduced as a result of money received from, or on the behalf of the person at fault in an accident, or by your recovery under this coverage from a third party. You may carry this coverage in place of Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist coverage. YOU CAN NOT CARRY BOTH.

Comprehensive (Comp)
Not available without Collision or Bodily Injury, Property Damage and Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist.
Pays for loss or damage done to your vehicle caused by fire, theft, vandalism, hail, windstorm, riot, falling objects, flood, etc.. If selected, the deductible applies to all damage except by fire and lightening. Non-deductible glass coverage is available.

Collision (Coll)
Pays for loss or damage to your vehicle caused by collision with another object or by upset. Payments are made on an actual cash value basis for the amount of each loss above the deductible selected.

Rental Reimbursement (RR)
Pays toward expenses to rent a vehicle if you have a loss (covered under you Comprehensive or Collision coverage) and your vehicle is disabled longer than 24 hours.

Emergency Road Service (ERS)
If it will not run, pays for towing your vehicle to the nearest place for repairs (within 50 miles) or mechanical labor up to one hour at the place of breakdown. DOES NOT pay for parts or subsequent repair costs.
